Dance Instructor
Celina Aouad
Celina started dancing ever since she could remember in one form or another. She always had a talent and feel for movement. She acquired stage presence and love for an audience growing up dancing in her school musicals.
Celina discovered ballroom dancing at the age of 13 and fell in love. However, she started fully committing and delving into the different types of dances in both rhythm and smooth categories when she started her journey at Slavatalent in early 2022. She met Slava at almost the age of 18, and the rest was history.
Almost 3 years at Slavatalent, Celina gained a new appreciation for dance and now competes in the PRO-AM division with her instructor Veycheslav Tudorovsky in both American rhythm and smooth. Celina has a love for all dances and continues to train to develop in any dance given her way. She hopes to share her knowledge with others and keep on progressing.

Pro Dance Instructor
Yasemin Gumus
Yasemin‘s passion for dance has been contagious, inspiring countless others to discover their love for movement and music for 30 years.
As a professional dancer since her early twenties, she has achieved remarkable success with her competitive students and her pro partners, earning numerous awards and six titles as a Fads Professional American Smooth Champion.
Under the guidance of the industry’s top coaches, she has refined her craft and is excited to share her expertise at SlavaTalent. She ignites a passion for dance in all her students.
With Yasemin, you will learn to dance and cultivate a deeper appreciation for the art form. When she’s not dancing on land, she’s on the water stand up paddle boarding, practising yoga, gardening and enjoying time with her two beloved little dogs.

Dance Instructor
Amanda Bergeron
Amanda’s love for dance began at the age of seven with jazz, modern, and contemporary styles. She spent her school and university years competing and performing, and continued to teach and train well into adulthood.
At 23, Amanda discovered ballroom dancing and never looked back. For more than 15 years, she has competed in Pro-Am ballroom events, specializing in the graceful smooth dances—waltz, tango, foxtrot, and Viennese waltz. Amanda believes dance is a lifelong journey that offers freedom, creativity, and joy.
She is passionate about helping others experience the same sense of expression and confidence that dance has given her.

Dance Instructor
Alaina Polkki
Alaina began dancing at just three years old and trained intensively in ballet, tap, and jazz throughout her childhood and teens. She trained in the Pre-Advanced level of Cecchetti ballet and began teaching at 16.
Alaina discovered ballroom in 2025 at SlavaTalent while preparing a wedding dance with her fiance, and immediately fell in love with the musicality, connection, and artistry of partner work. Alaina is thrilled to join the SlavaTalent team and can't wait to help students find joy and confidence on the dance floor.
